Today, Aug. 9, 2020, we are celebrating one year of working to bring positive change to south Springfield, starting with the South Yellow Springs Street corridor. On this day, her birthday, we recognize and honor Dorothy Walls, also known as “Babe” Portis or Mammosh to her grandchildren, formerly of 1159 South Yellow Springs Street. We love you, and your strength of character and memory lives on!
